Hongye RD-12/1250 Fuse Handcart Passes Insulation Type Tests

As professional buyers place increasing emphasis on documented
               electrical performance and product quality, type testing provides
               an important technical reference when evaluating high-voltage
               electrical equipment. Zhejiang Hongye Electric Co., Ltd. has
               further strengthened the technical documentation of its
               high-voltage handcart range through insulation performance
               testing of the RD-12/1250 high voltage fuse handcart.

The RD-12/1250 high voltage fuse handcart underwent insulation
               performance type testing on June 23, 2025, at Hunan Electric
               Research Institute Testing Group Co., Ltd. in Xiangxiang, Hunan.
               The inspection report was issued on July 10, 2025, and records
               that all tested items met the specified requirements.

According to the test report, the RD-12/1250 has a rated voltage
               of 12 kV and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. The inspection was
               conducted according to GB/T 11022-2020, General Specifications
               for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards, and
               GB/T 1985-2023, High-Voltage Alternating-Current Disconnectors
               and Earthing Switches.

The insulation performance test included power-frequency voltage
               tests, lightning impulse voltage tests, and dielectric tests on
               auxiliary and control circuits. For the power-frequency voltage
               test, the specified level was 42 kV for one minute between
               phases and to earth and 48 kV for one minute across the isolating
               distance. Both test items were recorded as passed.

The lightning impulse voltage test covered a specified level of
               75 kV between phases and to earth and 85 kV across the isolating
               distance. The report records the lightning impulse test as
               passed. Testing was performed under different test-object states,
               including conditions with the fuse-link mounted and removed,
               providing additional documented technical data for product
               evaluation.

The auxiliary and control circuits were also subjected to a
               2000 V dielectric test for one minute. The corresponding test
               result was recorded as passed. Together, the three test
               categories provide documented insulation-performance information
               for customers assessing the RD-12/1250 high voltage fuse handcart.
